The mobile extraction and filtration unit is specifically designed to capture and filter smoke and adhesive fumes generated during the thermal joining and separation of metals and plastics.
Efficient Filtration Technology
The filtration section includes a pre-filter mat that captures coarse dust particles. Subsequently, even the finest smoke and dust particles are effectively removed by the high-performance particle filter. An automatic filter monitoring system reliably indicates when cleaning or replacement of the filters is necessary.
Flexible Extraction System
The unit is equipped with two durable hose extraction arms featuring internal joints, ensuring space-saving and unobstructed handling. Thanks to innovative spring assistance, the extraction arms can be effortlessly adjusted to any desired position. The extraction hoods with integrated throttling valves can be freely swiveled in all directions, ensuring maximum flexibility.
Clean Air in the Workspace
The purified air is returned directly to the workspace. For applications involving adhesive fumes, an additional activated carbon filter is employed. This filter effectively binds gases and unpleasant odors, creating a safe and comfortable working environment.

The activated charcoal filter is housed in a robust sheet steel casing that is powder-coated both inside and out to ensure maximum durability and resistance. Inside, there are two specially coated filter mats and a carefully selected activated carbon filling that efficiently absorbs gases and vapours.Can only be used in conjunction with the VAS 892 003A/2 replacement filter H13 (932297).
