The VAS 852 011A is an innovative complete system designed for separating bonded carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) body components. It enables a material-friendly and reliable process by applying targeted heat using specialized thermal pads. The temperature of the thermal pads is precisely monitored by integrated thermal elements, and operation is user-friendly with clear text guidance via a 3/8” touch panel.
The system is mounted on a mobile, height-adjustable workshop trolley featuring a worktop and three drawers, ensuring maximum flexibility and ease of use.
