The starter set expands the range of applications of the MEC 600 edge milling cutter in the standard version and increases the service life of the cutters with suitable cutting materials.
Laser welding seams can be cut with the round head cutter and aluminium can be machined with the ALU flat head cutter. The DrillWax serves as a lubricant for the ALU milling cutter to optimise the application result and increase the service life of the milling cutter. The cutting oil should be used in every milling application on steel bodies as part of the repair process. The finger guard must be fitted in the centre of the machine attachment when used on the face side, to cover the cutter in the side window and protect the fingers from possible injury.

The flat-head milling cutter specially developed for the MEC 600 enables smooth cutting of aluminium without clogging thanks to its coarse cutting geometry.For optimum results, the special Drill Wax lubricant should be used for every operation. The wax prevents the smearing effect and also prevents the milling cutter from clogging.
