With our newly developed saw blade, created in collaboration with automotive manufacturers, all steels and alloys up to a hardness of 1000 MPa can be processed.
To extend the blade life, the use of a suitable cutting additive is strongly recommended, particularly when cutting hard steels. Cutting oil is an excellent choice as it safeguards the saw blades from excessive heating, thereby preserving optimal cutting performance.
