The compact mobile extraction and filter unit reliably sucks up fumes, dusts and gases that are generated, for example, during short-term welding, soldering or grinding.IFA certification means that even fumes and dust particles from high-alloy steels are removed at a rate of more than 99%. The cleaned air is then returned to the work area.

Note: The extraction system may only be used indoors and only in supervised operation.

Mode of operation:

Welding fumes are captured by the extraction hood and enter the filter unit. The extraction hood can be adjusted by the operator to any position within his reach. The extraction strength can be adjusted by means of the built-in regulation flap in the extraction hood. In the filter unit, the coarse dust particles are filtered in the coarse filter and the slightly finer ones in the pre-filter. An activated carbon filter is inserted between the pre-filter and the main filter to filter gases. The main filter separates the very fine smoke particles with an efficiency of more than 99%.

The cleaned air is returned to the working chamber via the discharge grille at the rear.
