Mobile industrial vacuum system with spark trap for dry extraction of aluminum fine dust.
The mobile vacuum station has Ex-Zone 22 approval in accordance with Atex II3D and is suitable for grinding, cleaning and polishing aluminium. Equipped with a spark trap* with recirculation of clean air into the work area. The suction cup housing is made entirely of conductive, glass fibre-reinforced polyester, free of friction and impact sparks. Mobile with two castors and two fixed castors.
Suction properties: Dry
Filter combination: Pocket filter 1.2 m² | dust class M with a permeability < 0.1 % max. and with a workplace limit value > 0.1 mg/m³.
Intended use: Flammable dust with minimum ignition energy > 3mJ* and non-flammable dust.
