The pneumatic metal edge cutter MEC 600 has been developed for separating weld seams and for the secure and precise removal of the outer body skin. With two different cutting depths for aluminum and steel sheets, it ensures that only as much material is milled off at the wheel arch as necessary for the respective material, without damaging the inner sheet. The adjustable guide of the milling cutter allows for quick and easy adjustment of the MEC 600 to different angular positions of the body panels, while preserving the underlying sheet structure.
